These Terms of Use govern your access to the Resona Web Services website at resonawebservices.com / resonawebservices.ca (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services and proposals
Service descriptions on the Site are informational. Engagements are custom and are confirmed only in a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement between you and Resona Web Services. Nothing on the Site alone creates a client relationship or obligation to provide services.
Directional pricing
Prices shown on the Site (including “from” amounts) are illustrative and directional only. They help you plan; they are not quotes. Exact fees, timelines, and scope are set after a analyze conversation and documented in writing.
No guarantee of results
We work carefully and professionally, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, revenue, conversion rates, or other results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, and follow-through.
Intellectual property
Site content—including text, design, branding, and sample work—is owned by Resona Web Services or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse Site materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Client deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Sample work and labeling
Case studies and portfolio pieces may be samples, composites, or anonymized examples. We aim to label sample work honestly. Do not assume every example is a live client engagement unless stated.
Contact form
The Site contact form uses mailto to open your email client. Submitting the form does not create a contract. We respond when we can; response times are estimates, not commitments.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site—including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping at scale, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See also our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Resona Web Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability related to paid services is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to any different forum agreed in a client contract.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.
